Delivery & Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days after payment has cleared.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

UK Delivery

We offer free standard (Royal Mail 2nd class) delivery on all UK orders.

Royal Mail 1st class (£1) and Special Delivery (£6.85) are available as shipping upgrades at checkout.

International Delivery

We send international orders via the Royal Mail International Tracked service, which may require a signature upon delivery. Tracking information will be available in your dispatch notification, allowing you to track online at www.royalmail.com and via the relevant delivery partner’s website.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs charges and import duties in the destination country, which are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Returns

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If, however, you wish to return your purchase for a refund or an exchange, please notify us by email us at hello@saltycoconut.co.uk within 14 days of receipt and we will provide you with details for return.

  • Items must be in unworn and unused condition, in the original packaging.

  • Please note that earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned or exchanged for health and hygiene reasons.

  • Package the item securely and send it back to us via a tracked service, e.g. Royal Mail Signed For in the UK. Goods are your responsibility until they are returned safely to us.

  • The cost of return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty. We will not refund any delivery charges for unwanted items or exchanges.

  • Upon receipt, we will either exchange the item or issue a refund (to the original payment method).

Unclaimed packages

If your order is returned to us because an incorrect delivery address was provided at checkout, or because the parcel could not be delivered or signed for, we will need to charge for redelivery. We will contact you when we receive the parcel back, but please note that parcels returned to sender can take 1-2 months to arrive back with us. Returned packages cannot be processed until they have been received back to sender.
